How You Can Help

You do not need prior horse experience to become a vital part of our team. We provide all the training you need to feel comfortable, confident, and supported. Volunteer opportunities include:

• Side-Walkers: Walk alongside our riders during lessons, providing physical stability, encouragement, and reassurance.

• Horse Leaders: Guide our gentle therapeutic horses during sessions, ensuring a smooth and safe ride for every participant.

• Barn & Facility Support: Assist with grooming, tacking, barn chores, and property maintenance to keep our facilities safe and welcoming.

The Impact of Your Time

When you give your time to Stoneybrook, you do far more than just assist with a lesson. You help a child with autism find their voice, support a veteran rebuilding physical strength, and create a safe space where riders feel empowered and non-judged. The bond formed between our volunteers, our horses, and our riders is truly transformative.
